Do you have a problem with recurring blisters? Give Foot Kinetics RunGoo Blister Prevention Cream a try. This foot care cream creates a frictionless barrier between your feet and your sock or shoes. Apply before your run to greatly reduce your chance of getting blisters.

• Stops blisters before they start
• Built for running and repetitive impact
• Long-lasting protection with one application
• Sweat-resistant and heat-resistant
• Designed for road, trail, and race day

RunGoo stops blisters before they start by preventing friction and hotspots. It creates a durable protective layer that keeps you on your feet blister-free from your first mile to your last.

Designed to stay put through sweat, heat, and high-mileage training, RunGoo delivers long-lasting protection with a single application. Whether you're logging daily miles, training for a race, or lining up at the starting line, it helps keep you comfortable so you can focus on your run… not your feet.

How to Use

1.     Apply a thick, visible layer to blister-prone areas (heels, toes, sides of feet).

2.     Carefully pull or roll socks on (do not rub in).

3.     Put on your shoes and enjoy long-lasting protection.

For external use on closed, healthy skin only. Do not apply to open wounds. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation develops. Product may be slippery without socks.

Care & Maintenance

To extend the life of your shoes:

  • Do not wash them in a washing machine or dry them in a dryer.
  • Avoid drying them under direct sunlight or exposing them to excessive heat.
  • Clean with a damp cloth and let them air dry in a cool place.

Proper care helps maintain the materials and preserve the performance of your footwear.

Size & Fit

As a general rule, there should be about an index finger’s width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe. This helps ensure comfort and better performance while running.

Keep in mind that fit can vary from person to person, and even each shoe may feel slightly different on each foot. We recommend choosing the size that feels most comfortable for you based on your personal preference and experience.
