Garmin Cirqa Smart Band
Product Details
You want the same 24/7 recovery data your smartwatch gives you — sleep stages, HRV, stress, training readiness — but you don't want to sleep with a screen strapped to your wrist. In a world becoming more and more technologically distracting, sometimes less is exactly what we need.
The CIRQA Smart Band is Garmin's screenless answer to recovery tracking — built for athletes who want the data without the distraction, and without a monthly bill.
Distraction-Free – No display, no notifications buzzing on your wrist. Just a soft fabric band that disappears once you forget it's there, so you actually wear it around the clock instead of pulling it off at night.
Insights Through Garmin – You get the same Body Battery, HRV status, training readiness, and sleep coaching Garmin's watches are known for, minus the AMOLED screen and the extra bulk on your wrist.
Zero Subscription – Buy it once, own your data forever. No monthly fee standing between you and your own recovery numbers.
CIRQA tracks your heart rate, movement, and skin temperature around the clock, then runs that data through Garmin's Body Battery algorithm to estimate how much energy you're carrying into your next session. It also watches your HRV status — basically how well your nervous system is bouncing back between efforts — to hand you a training readiness score each morning. Overnight, it breaks your sleep into stages and layers in a personalized sleep coach that adjusts as your training load shifts week to week.
Care & Maintenance
To extend the life of your shoes:
- Do not wash them in a washing machine or dry them in a dryer.
- Avoid drying them under direct sunlight or exposing them to excessive heat.
- Clean with a damp cloth and let them air dry in a cool place.
Proper care helps maintain the materials and preserve the performance of your footwear.
Size & Fit
As a general rule, there should be about an index finger’s width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe. This helps ensure comfort and better performance while running.
Keep in mind that fit can vary from person to person, and even each shoe may feel slightly different on each foot. We recommend choosing the size that feels most comfortable for you based on your personal preference and experience.
