The Foam Kickboard immobilizes arms to help build leg strength. Made of an EVA foam material that will not chafe or irritate the skin.Available in Sr. and Jr. sizes; the Jr. size is designed to decrease stress on the shoulders and is ideal for youth and smaller swimmers.

Care & Maintenance
To extend the life of your shoes:
- Do not wash them in a washing machine or dry them in a dryer.
- Avoid drying them under direct sunlight or exposing them to excessive heat.
- Clean with a damp cloth and let them air dry in a cool place.
Proper care helps maintain the materials and preserve the performance of your footwear.
Size & Fit
As a general rule, there should be about an index finger’s width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe. This helps ensure comfort and better performance while running.
Keep in mind that fit can vary from person to person, and even each shoe may feel slightly different on each foot. We recommend choosing the size that feels most comfortable for you based on your personal preference and experience.
